In order to get you the precise products and support you need to make
your project successful, please CALL or E-MAIL us so we may discuss with you:
  • Overall objective of your study, the study species and weight.
  • Length and seasonality of your study.
  • Transmitter attachment method.
  • For transmitters going in water, the range of conductivity.
  • For collars, the neck circumference of the animal.
  • Frequency range.
 
How to order products:
You can use the Transmitter Selector in the blue navigation bar to help narrow your search for the right transmitter. When you're ready to order:

If you’ve gotten a quote from us and need to complete your order, either:
Call or e-mail us with a Purchase Order number,
- OR - Provide us VISA or MC Credit Card information.
 
To complete an order, CALL or E-MAIL us the following:
  1. Your name, organization, address, phone numbers, e-mail address.
  2. Your "ship to" and "bill to" address, plus phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
  3. Equipment list:
    • Transmitter and receiver model numbers, quantity and price.
    • Frequency range (include any "avoid" frequencies).
    • Species name; for mammal collars, the mean neck circumference.
    • Label information, up to four lines of twenty characters each (dependent on transmitter size).
    • Special programs, e.g. mortality, etc.
    • "Need by" date for your transmitters.
    • For receivers and antennas, include frequency range.
  4. A purchase order number, or indication of other payment method.
    If paying by MC or VISA Credit Card, phone ATS Sales with your card information.
A confirming e-mail will be sent to you; check it to help insure order accuracy. Transmitter orders ship in about 4 weeks, other products in 1 week.
 
 
Shipping Rates and Information:
DOMESTIC: We ship using FedEx and charge a flat $10 for anywhere in the continental US.

INTERNATIONAL: We ship FedEx ONLY and we prepay and add to your invoice the actual charges. We add a $75 document fee for all orders, except $25 to Mexico, Canada, and US Territories.

You are responsible for any in country tariffs, customs duties, or other associated costs.
